Aurora Library Board vacancies
City representatives are looking for volunteers to fill two vacant seats on the Aurora Library Board. The positions will open up in April, when two of the seven board members' terms will end. The board provides feedback and counsel to the Aurora City Council regarding issues related to the city's libraries.
The board meets on the first Thursday of every month at the Aurora Central Library, and applicants must be able to commit to a three-year term. Applicants must be Aurora residents.
For more information, call 303-739-7120 or visit the Boards and Commissions section of the city's website. Applications are also available at the Aurora City Clerk's Office on the first floor of the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway.
